Return and Refund Policy

Due to the hardness of metal our tool is intended to drill, it is designed to last through at least one use. It is possible to get multiple uses out of our tool depending on the hardness of metal you are drilling. Our tool is not a normal drill bit and was created to rescue you in tough situations. Therefore, our product does NOT come with a warranty. Bits may be returned on a case by case basis and refunds will only be issued at the  discretion of management. Please call management @ 316-655-0401 if you encounter ANY problems with our products. We have staff members available for troubleshooting  nearly 24/7!
